31:17Now PlayingGovernor Mark Dayton revealed his revised budget plan before a media-filled room Thursday, March 14. His revised plan retreats on the earlier-suggested sales tax expansion and the $500 homeowners rebate, but it includes a new fourth-tier income tax and about $640 million dollars in early childhood through higher education funding.
Immediately following the governor's announcement, GOP leaders met briefly with the media and called the plan "taxapalooza" and a budget that continues to harm Minnesotans.
