The Office of the Legislative Auditor has just completed an evaluation into the workings of the Office of Health Facilities Complaints, whose mission is to investigate licensing violations and maltreatment allegations of vulnerable adults. Judy Randall, Deputy Legislative Auditor and the manager of this evaluation, provides an overview of the findings.
