Question: I booked a property in Gurgaon. There has been a huge delay in the project. I have 2 houses in Gurgaon that are adjacent to each other. One is from Ramprastha builders and the other is by Corona. I booked it in 2008 and 2009 accordingly. The projects are still far from completion. What legal recourse can I take?
Answer: If you don’t want to terminate the contract then you can claim damages in the consumer forum or district forum. File a civil complaint or you can also claim for the refund of the whole amount with interest.
