Question: I own a residential plot in Gurgaon which is current being developed by a large Developer. It's nearing completion, but is delayed on delivery/possession. I want to exist out of this and seek my refund.
Answer: You can approach the Consumer court against the builder / developer and ask for either possession of your property or ask for refund of your money with interest. The developer cannot forfeit your money and it is illegal.
