Question: I want to transfer a property. One of the holders passed away and there are two nominees. How can I conduct the transfer? If the names must be added in the certificate, then in what order should it be mentioned.
Answer: You can transfer property in name of other holders. Nominees don’t automatically become owners. Post-death of co-owner, remaining co-owners will become the property owner.
