Question: I am a flat allottee in Jaypee Kassia, Yamuna expressway Greater Noida NCR. The possession was due in April 2016 but the actual condition is, it is just started and last 2 years no activity at all. Now I am forced to stay in a rented house. I wish to surrender the flat and want my money back with interest. What should I do?
