Hundreds of migrants gathered outside the Lokmanya Tilak Terminus as they were being told 11 trains will leave for states like UP, Bihar and Assam
But when they reached the station, migrants were turned away saying there is no confirmation on the timing as to when it will leave. Migrants have been made to wait outside the terminus at a footpath in the sweltering heat with very little access to food, water and sanitation facilities.
Food, water is not being provided to them. Few migrants have been waiting since last evening 7 pm.
Railway officials say they have no confirmation as to why the delay.
