The agenda includes the current Coronavirus situation in the city as well as the future measures to ensure adequate infrastructure availability and containing the spread. The LG today overturned the earlier order of the Delhi government which saught reserve beds in the government and private hospitals for only local residents for COVID treatment. The policy created a stir across the nation with different states lashing out at the AAP government calling it, “discriminatory.” The LG is also attending the meeting with Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) as cases of the virus continue to surge.
