2:53Now PlayingThe Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation has served a notice to a hospital in the Kurla area treating COVID-19 patients on the grounds that it wrongfully marked the death from Coronavirus as heart attack. The patient had been confirmed COVID positive by conclusive test results on May 29. The BMC notice states that the hospital did not mention in the death certificate that the patient was suffering from Coronavirus. It added that the cause of death was altered by the hospital for wrongful gains, and now has been asked to reply to the allegations within 24 hours.
