A committee is set up by the government to prove discrepancy in the fatality count, which surprisingly identifies that 236 pandemic deaths were not reported at all. The 4th of June saw 398 deaths in Chennai while only 177 were reported in the daily medical bulletin. Tamil Nadu is the second most worst affected state of COVID-19 after Maharashtra, yet the officials outrageously suppressed the data and did not maintain any transparency.
