Earlier, this month train services resumed after the lockdown closure. There hardly any takers for people to return to Mumbai, which is fast emerging as India's COVID-19 capital. Maharashtra continues to be the worst-affected state in the country with the case tally surging. Mirror Now reporter found that a particular train arriving in Mumbai barely had a total of 20 passengers.
