The cops reached the location, informed the local hospital and waited for the ambulance to arrive, however, the 108 ambulance refused to ferry him as the man had few COVID-19 symptoms. Till the time the special ambulance came in, it was too late; the man had already lost his life. Police authorities, people present there could have helped the man in saving his life but no one agreed to ferry him to the hospital.
