There has been a recorded dip in the number of cases over the last month despite consistent testing as well as a fall in the COVID-19 death toll. There has also been a significant decline in the doubling rate of the Coronavirus. Currently, the area has a total of 800 positive cases of the infection. There are considerable signs which show the areas of improvements and how the local administrations approach different from the rest of the state. Maharashtra continues to be the worst-affected state by the COVID-19 pandemic in the country.
