The decision of the UP administration it seems had not reached the Delhi Police adding to the confusion. In contrast, the UP Police set up barricades at the border, telling people that they will not be allowed to cross without a pass issued for essential services. The cases of Coronavirus in the country have seen a consistent upward rise in the last few weeks, worrying both the central and the state governments.
