5:39Now PlayingMumbai will start COVID-19 testing without prescription from today. While some private labs say they haven't yet received the order regarding revised testing rules others say there could be major roadblocks to this move as they do not have enough testing kits available and the turnaround times for the reports could be equally affected.
Now anyone in Mumbai can undergo a Coronavirus trial without any doctor’s prescriptions. The tests will be conducted in at least 17 labs in the city. Previously, appointments were required in order to take a COVID-19 test, but now, after the State Government’s orders, anyone can go test themselves at any time.
