1:09Now PlayingAfter a huge spike in COVID cases in India, Biophore India pharmaceuticals have now received the license from the Drug Controller General of India to manufacture the drug Favipiravir which is an active ingredient that is used to treat mild to moderate COVID-19 infection in cases and symptoms. The DCGI's nod to produce the drug in India is also being cleared for exports as well. It has also received the approval in Turkey to export the API in collaboration with local partners additionally. The company is also in talks with several Indian partners to commercialize the product in India. Watch the video to know more!
