2:30Now PlayingThe Karnataka Medical Education Minister Dr K Sudhakar has inflicted strict orders for private hospitals in the State amid the rising concern of COVID-19 patients. He stated that an FIR would be launched against the hospital if they refuse to treat Coronavirus cases and their license may also be cancelled.
This decision was taken in the recent high-level government meet.
Previously, Sudhakar had urged his officials to set up facilities with 10,000 beds to treat COVID-19 patients. He said, ‘The target is to set up at least 10,000 beds and officials are working in war footing towards this. I am personally monitoring all details’.
