Rajasthan political crisis: Latest hearing underway in Rajasthan High Court that had taken up the rebel Congress MLAs plea which was challenging the speaker disqualification notice. Abhishek Manu Singhvi who is representing Congress saying that the petition challenging the show cause notice issued by the speaker is premature. He also that the rebel Congress MLAs can raise their contentions before the speaker himself instead of going to court.
According to the sources, the hearing in the court says that this in the speaker's jurisdiction the disqualification notice and this for him to decide. The High Court stops the speaker to make any decision giving no time to the rebel Congress MLAs up to Tuesday.
2. Madras HC has ordered private schools and colleges across the state of Tamil Nadu to collect 40% fees before the 31st August and 35% more by the month of October. The fees can be given in instalment keeping in mind the interest of the students who are not in a position to buy books.

Maharashtra: There is still an uphill battle with respect to COVID cases after successfully tackling the Dharavi COVID challenge in Mumbai now the challenge has shifted to the neighbourhood of Mumbai and Greater Mumbai infact several satellite towns are facing a large spike in COVID cases from poor testing to lack of infrastructure. After ignoring now authorities are racing against time to try and solve the problem and the stop the spread of the Coronavirus cases.
