The man who drives a bus for the medical college in the area was put through a never ending wait for an ambulance after testing positive for COVID. He walked the distancing with his wife and two children, who are yet to be tested.
There have been several such incidents emerging from the state of people being denied basic healthcare facilities amid the COVID-19 pandemic. The Chief Minister had earlier promised action against ambulances and hospitals which fail to deliver these services.
