2:21Now PlayingA video of a patient being dragged on a stretcher in Andhra Pradesh has now come to light. The 65-year-old was being treated at the Kurnool Government hospital and taken to a private lab for a CT scan. The patient was having a head injury and was completely unconscious at the moment.
According to hospitals, the labs were fully functional and the patient was asked to wait for half an hour but his kin refused to wait and took him to another hospital by themselves own on a stretcher. A neurosurgeon at the hospital said that the patient had to undergo a CT scan but his kin did not agree to wait.
