4:55Now PlayingMultiple COVID-19 concerns are plaguing in the outskirts of Mumbai. A massive shortage of beds is reported from the Thane district. The district also does not have its own COVID-19 lab, thus for testing, the patients have to travel Mumbai.
Ulhasnagar region has recorded around 5000 positive Covid-19 cases and is the fifth-worst affected city in the Thane district. Meanwhile, Kalyan-Dombivli Civic Body has claimed that despite 95% of beds being occupied, critical patients are not being denied admission.
