Within lean hours of deluge waterlogging and floods were seen in areas like Hanuman Nagar, Jantar Mantar, Forzeshah Road, Kirti Nagar, ITO and more. Waterlogging resulted in heavy traffic and a bus nearly submerged in the breathtaking floods under the Minto Bridge. The cops then rushed in to rescue people and sealed the functioning of the area completely.
