3:21Now PlayingBengaluru, Karnataka | After Ragini Dwivedi skipped questioning on Thursday, a team of Central Crime Branch officials arrived at her residence in Yelahanka on Friday morning. The CCB had summoned the actress for questioning on Thursday morning. However, Ragini didn't turn up and sent her advocates instead, who asked for time till Monday for Ragini to appear for questioning. The CCB has summoned Ragini again on Friday.
Meanwhile, on late Thursday evening, the CCB detained a person called Ravi, who is said to be a close friend of Ragini Dwivedi. As per the CCB, Ravi has been in touch with various drug peddlers and through them, he has procured drugs and supplied it further to more peddlers.
These developments come after the Narcotics Control Bureau busted a major drug racket in Bengaluru a few days ago and said that prominent artists and actors are under the scanner for consuming MDMA pills.
