4:13Now PlayingThe second drug peddler Basit linked to Showik Chakraborty has been produced in Mumbai court. Now Basit allegedly delivered the consignment to Samuel Miranda and Showik Chakraborty. Yesterday, the drug peddler Zaid was produced in court and was remanded to NCB custody till 9th of September.
The NCB has so far arrested five persons in the case. Their disclosure revealed that Showik was dealing in buds. Showik Chakraborty and Samuel Miranda have been examined several times by the ED and CBI.
Showik was given an option to join the probe at NCB Colaba office at around noon. However, he requested NCB to take him to their office in police custody.
