Mirror Now's remand copy says Basit revealed the link to Showik and Samuel Miranda. He admits he had procured the drugs on behalf of Showik Chakraborty. Other instances of Basit procuring drugs for Showik have been revealed. Also, Basit supplied drugs to Samuel Miranda on Showik's instructions.
