2:39Now PlayingIn the bail hearing that’s been going on in the Bombay High Court, a lot of elaborate arguments were put forth today. The hearing that’s taking place for Rhea Chakraborty and her brother Showik has yet to reach a decision by the HC.
Although, Rhea’s lawyer presented that the sections used against her and Showik are bailable, the HC has declared that it needs time to go over the arguments from both sides.
Satish Mane Shinde representing Rhea reiterated in court saying Sushant had enough money to finance his own drugs instead of Rhea sponsoring the same for him. He also claimed that she wasn’t the one using and therefore should be bailed. All of these remarks come after NCB alleges that Rhea and Showik are part of a powerful drug syndicate and Rhea was sourcing drugs for Sushant.
