The Court has said that there is culpable negligence on the part of those running hospitals. Victim's family is eligible for compensation. The 10 cases that have emerged included the dead body management disposing of the body without the permission of the victim's family. Mirror Now's Disha Shah says the State government has been asked some serious questions by the High Court.
