3:29Now PlayingA twenty year old woman in Dindori, Madhya Pradesh has been a victim of acid attack. The incident took place at the victim’s house when she was sleeping with her siblings.
The accused allegedly lost his temper when he came to know about the victim’s engagement to another man which led him to commit this heinous crime.
The victim, in her statement has said that the accused tried to force her to talk to him, which when she refuted due to her engagement, he started threatening her.
The accused threatened of taking actions which she would regret. He later, along with an accomplice, poured acid on her while she was sleeping between her siblings at 12 am in the dead of the night.
The victim is suffering burns on her face, shoulders and some other parts of the body.
Both of the accused have been arrested.
