as posted by the channel

Unlike every year, West Bengal is seen celebrating a subdued and muted Durga Puja amid the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak and the guidelines issued by the High Court. The Calcutta High Court clearly stated that not more than 25 people, including the staff, will be allowed in one pandal.

The enthusiasm, in which the festival is celebrated every year, is clearly missing. Empty pandals are seen across the city of Kolkata with visitors being restricted outside the barricades. Police and other securities are also deployed near the pandal.

Times Network brings you an exclusive ground report from one of the Puja Pandals from Kolkata.
