However, the bill provides a quota for local people in private-sector jobs that provide a salary of less than ₹50,000 per month. Experts are saying that this isn't very attractive for the industries. So, what's the point of bringing such a law, where you promise jobs, but there won't be new jobs coming in? Is jobs quota promise by states just rhetoric?
