9:03Now PlayingIn the wake of reports of a bug on the Co-WIN App, the Health Ministry clarified on Monday that those who are eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine in Phase 2 of the campaign, which began on March 1, should register on the Co-WIN2.0 portal, not the App.
All citizens who are 60 years old or older on January 1, 2022, can enrol, as can all citizens who are 45 to 59 years old on January 1, 2022, and have any of the 20 co-morbidities identified by the Health Ministry. Many people took to social media earlier today to complain that the Co-WIN app isn't sending the One-Time Password (OTP) to their phone numbers, making the self-registration process difficult.
