In August of last year, the former union minister was one of 23 leaders who wrote to interim President Sonia Gandhi, urging her to ensure "full-time" and "visible" leadership. Since then, it's been dubbed "G-23." Moily, who previously served as Karnataka's chief minister, said the letter's purpose was to improve the party, allowing for effective reform and organizational elections at all levels.
