He further said that the Centre should not allow the states to directly procure the vaccines from the pharma companies, as it will lead to severe consequences like states have to sell the vaccines at a higher rate which is not feasible looking at the current situation in the country. "Kerala government is not going back on its promises, we will provide COVID-19 vaccine free of cost to all above 18 years of age," he added.
