High drama was witnessed in the assembly and BJP's ally and the opposition party in Tamil Nadu, AIADMK staged a walkout as well. MK Stalin is not the first Chief Minister who is against the Citizenship Amendment Act and several other state leaders have followed the nature of moving a resolution against CAA. Tamil Nadu government has pressed that this is being done in order to ensure that the communal harmony and unity of the country is not dismantled.
