After the department conducted six surveys across multiple locations including the actor's Mumbai residence for 20 hours two teams have been confirmed from the actor's residence. So far in the case, there has been no statement either from the actor or the Income Tax department. The Aam Admi Party has called this a witch hunt and accused Bhartiya Janta Party. The AAP is questioning the timing of the survey conducted by the Income Tax department whereas Shiv Sena also criticized this kind of move.
