However, it is also being reported that Raj Kundra's wife and actor Shilpa Shetty has been named in the same charge sheet as one of the witnesses. Shilpa Shetty in her statement made it amply clear that she was unaware of the activities of her husband, Raj Kundra, citing that she was occupied with her work.
