7:21Now PlayingThe latest development is coming in from Chandigarh, where the administration has cut the Value Added Tax (VAT) on the fuel prices. The latest prices are in effect from midnight of the 4th of November. The excise and Vat department in Chandigarh has slashed the fuel prices by cutting the VAT. The administration has reduced the tax by Rs 7 per liter. 15 states and 3 Union Territories have cut the taxes so far after the center announced the reduction on the excise duty on Wednesday, 3rd November. BJP rulings states have already reduced the VAT in their respective states and now, other ruling parties are also working on reducing prices across the nation.
