3:08Now PlayingThe United Nations Security Council's (UNSC) two-day counterterrorism meeting in India will concentrate on dealing with terrorists' use of the internet, new payment methods, and drones. On October 28 and 29, respectively, Mumbai and Delhi will host meetings. Foreign ministers from the UK, including James Cleverly, the foreign secretary, will attend the meeting in India. The main subject of the gathering will be "countering the use of new and emerging technology for terrorist purposes." The UN Security Council Counter-Terrorism Committee is presently chaired by India through 2022. As part of attempts to raise awareness of the ongoing threat of terrorism and violent extremism in India, this is the organization's first gathering to be conducted outside of its New York headquarters since 2005.
