In Goa, a young girl was raped by a van driver while she was on vacation with her friends. The girl was alone when she returned to the van and the driver then allegedly sexually assaulted her. In another horrific incident, a South Korean tourist was assaulted during her stay in the city. She was stopped by security officials at the Karippur Airport after she did not have valid documents and displayed signs of stress during her examination.
