Feb 3, 20233:45Now PlayingIn the midst of ongoing disruptions in both houses of Parliament over allegations made by the US-based research firm Hindenburg against the Adani group, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Pralhad Joshi said on Friday that the government has nothing to do with the matter and that the opposition is raising it because it is short on issues. When asked about the government's position on the Adani group problem in Parliament, Joshi told reporters that the government had nothing to do with the matter. For the second day in a row, opposition parties protested in both the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha, demanding a discussion on the situation emanating from the allegations against the Adani group and the decline in its stocks, in which many public sector banks and the Life Insurance Corporation have shares.
