I wanted to add one more point which is the NOC. You know if you want to take a Delhi vehicle outside you have to apply for an NOC and when the NOC comes to you then you can have it re-registered in another state which allows 15-year-old petrol and 10-year-old diesel cars to be registered," stated Deepinder, Patiala.
