as posted by the channelBreaking News: Days after a few IIT-Bombay students disobeyed a rule designating some tables for "vegetarian food only" by eating meat at one of the "reserved" tables, hostel administrators have fined one of the disobedient students 10,000 and launched an investigation to find the other two students they believe were involved. Administrators at Hostels 12, 13, and 14 designated six tables in the communal meal area for vegetarians last week, vowing consequences if anybody disobeyed. This caused uproar on campus. The administrators of the relevant meal and hostel were notified of the protest via email from the students who were in charge of it.
