One of the so called revelations from this book is that Melania is pro-choice, apparently. In her memoir she defended abortion by saying “It is imperative to guarantee that women have autonomy in deciding their preference of having children, based on their own convictions, free from any intervention or pressure from the government.” Whether she’s trying to make Trump more palatable to women or not, it should take far more than the words of someone’s first lady to convince voters who watched Trump’s justices strip abortion rights from women nationwide, and then see him take full credit for and brag about it.
