Then Donald Trump launched TrumpRx — his marquee drug pricing fix. At a Senate Finance Committee hearing on April 22, 2026, Senator Elizabeth Warren sat across from RFK Jr. and showed him what TrumpRx actually costs. A 30-day supply of Protonix: $200 on TrumpRx. The same generic at Costco: $16.99. One in four drugs on TrumpRx costs more than alternatives. And Big Pharma? They got 100% tariff relief in exchange for listing their drugs on the site.
TrumpRx doesn't eliminate the middleman. It is the middleman. Rebranded. With a golden presidential logo.
