A Trump appointed judge ruled this week that the defamation lawsuits filed by Dominion Voting Systems against Rudy Giuliani, Sidney Powell and of course My Pillow CEO, Mike Lindell can proceed. The judge threw out motions by those three defendants to dismiss the cases. The judge also, by the way, throughout Sidney Powell's lawyers' arguments that no reasonable person would believe that she was saying statements of fact, when she said all these things, judge threw it out. He said, bull. And again, a Trump appointed judge said that these people going out they're lying on behalf of Donald Trump defaming this voting company, you got to face the music. You're going to face these $1.3 billion lawsuits, $1.3 billion against each and every one of them. And of course, as we all know, Mike Lindell's cyber symposium is going on right now. He has, he and the other people on stage, have repeatedly made false claims against Dominion Voting Systems at this thing. Mike Lindell's done. Like, Mike Lindell has a 0% chance of being successful with this defamation lawsuit, which is probably why when he found out about it at the cyber symposium, he looks at his phone and he goes running off stage, literally ran off stage.
The second he found out that he wasn't able to escape that lawsuit. He came back a little while later and did a seven minute rant against Dominion Voting Systems and this defamation lawsuit. Here's the thing and this is why I know that everything Mike Lindell is saying at his cyber symposium is total crap. His lawyers would have forced him to produce any evidence that he had, you know, cause he claims he has that, oh, Dominion did this. The voting machines were hacked and yada, yada. If he had that information, if he truly had it, his lawyers would have submitted that to court months ago and gotten this lawsuit thrown out. That would have happened. They didn't do that because he doesn't have that. The whole thing is a farce and Mike Lindell's going down, whether or not it's going to be $1.3 billion, ah, it's probably a little too much, right? That is probably going to be knocked down by the judge. But I don't think Dominion's in a position that they want to settle either. I mean, hell, they have filed so many multi-billion dollar lawsuits against individuals. I mean, $1.3 billion against Giuliani, $1.3 billion, Sidney Powell, $1.3 billion against Mike Lindell.
So we're almost at 5 billion there. $1.6 billion against Fox news, $1.6 against Newsmax and $1.6 against One America. Hell, just from these lawsuits alone, Dominion could become a Forbes 500 company. That's going to account for most of their income this year if the cases are tried and, and come to a conclusion this year, because Dominion has everything going for them. As I've said, Fox news may be able to weasel their way out of it. They're pretty good at that. Newsmax, possibly the same thing. One America, I think they're going down. Lindell, definitely screwed on this. Sidney Powell, I think the same. Rudy Giuliani, eh, if he has enough money to pay for good lawyers, he might be able to weasel his way out of it. But Powell, Lindell, One America, I have no doubt that those three at least are going to be popped for hundreds of millions. Probably not the $1.3 billion that Dominion wants.
