"Do we have enough dead people?" That is the question that Fox News host Tucker Carlson posed to his allies at the Trump campaign in the days after the 2020 election. As part of the information dump with the Dominion court filings released this week, it became crystal clear that Fox News was directly coordinating their talking points with the Trump campaign, and that's not going to help them win the defamation lawsuit. Ring of Fire's Farron Cousins explains what happened.

As part of the unsealed court filing this week from Dominion Voting Systems in their lawsuit against Fox News for defamation, we learned that Tucker Carlson was communicating with either his staff or staff directly with the Trump campaign. Uh, and if it was his staff, then they were working with the Trump campaign based on the names they said. But either way, Tucker Carlson was directly colluding with the Trump campaign to craft their talking points after the 2020 election about how the so-called fraud happened. Specifically, Tucker Carlson sent a text message to an unnamed person and asked the simple question, do we have enough dead people?

Do we have enough dead people? Because of course, at the time Donald Trump was trying to claim that somehow all of these dead people voted in 2020, and that's why he lost. Which of course isn't a thing that happened. Well, it is a thing that happened there. There were several dead people that voted, but based on what I've seen all of the evidence over the last three years now, um, it was all Trump people filling out Trump votes for their dead relatives that had received ballots in the mail. So there were some dead people that voted, but they all voted for Trump. And the person who Tucker asked that question to said, I think we have six or seven names right now. Miller told me they might drop some more names. Tucker responded, good, but obviously they need to do what they can to help us. I mean, seriously, let me know if I should call. So they need to do what they can to help us. Let me know if I should call. They were colluding directly with the Trump campaign. Miller, of course, is believed. We do not have confirmation of this, but it is believed to be Stephen Miller who was working with Donald Trump.

Let me know if I should call. So here we have a presidential campaign directly colluding with the most watched cable news outlet in the country. And Republicans want you to think that the D n c asking Twitter to remove naked pictures of Hunter Biden is a scandal. Are you effing kidding me? That's insane. Hey, remove some naked pictures. Hey, let's see if we can fabricate dead people who voted with the campaign. Which one of those things do you think is worse? Hmm. Because there is a right answer and a wrong answer to that question, and it sure as hell isn't Twitter. This has to be investigated and unfortunately we're, we're not gonna get in investigations. Republicans control the House, you know, the Senate pretty much 50 50, not quite, but pretty much there thanks to cinema.

So yeah, we're, we're kind of nothing, nothing. We get all this information. It definitely needs to be investigated. There certainly could be some, you know, in-kind campaign contributions by pushing the campaign's, propaganda, you know, laws regulating who can work with whom. Here something should be done. And I'm firmly positive that nothing will be done. And in a couple years, there'll be like four people that even remembered that this happened.
