Trump Still Lying About Chinese Spy Balloons Appearing During His Presidency

The second half of Sean Hannity's disastrous interview with Donald Trump aired on Tuesday evening, and the former President is still repeating the same lies about Chinese spy balloons. Trump falsely claimed that China would never have done that while he was president, even though it has been confirmed that China did exactly that on at least three separate occasions. For some reason, the interview that Donald Trump gave to Sean Hannity this week was broken up into two separate days of programming, which didn't go well for Donald Trump because the entire interview was a train wreck from start to finish. But in the second part of the interview that aired this week, Sean Hannity asked Donald Trump, of course, about the Chinese spy balloons to which Donald Trump blatantly lied to Sean Hannity. And Sean Hannity, of course, is too much of a spineless prick to call him out on the lie. But here's what happened. Hannity asked him, what would you have done with the balloon? To which Donald Trump said, I wouldn't have done anything with the balloon because it wouldn't have happened, wouldn't happen under me. They wouldn't have sent the balloon. Even though we have verified reports from the intelligence community that on three separate occasions at least, China sent spy balloons into the United States while Donald Trump was president, and he didn't even know it existed.

So it did happen. Donald, three times on your watchThree times while you were president. Three times. And Hannity knows that. Republicans know that they wanna have a hearing, by the way, on why Trump didn't know that this was happening at the time. And Hannity let him sit there and lie to his face rather than say, well, hold up. There's actually been reports that they, that's all you had to have done. Hannity, you didn't say, we have con confirmed it was three. You could have just said, but there were reports that that's it, that's all you had to do. But you refuse to do it because you want to protect your friend, and you want to let him portray that image of the big, tough, strong man where nothing's gonna happen to America on my watch. Kim Jong Un was not afraid of you. The Saudi royal family was not afraid of you. No one in Europe was afraid of you. No one in the United States is afraid of you. But Donald Trump wants to portray that image. He wants to be this big, larger than life figure that everybody's afraid of. Because in his mind, fear is the same thing as respect. In reality, it's not. But that's what he thinks. And that's why he wants the rest of us to think that everyone is afraid of him.
