Hunter Biden's Lawyers File Ethics Complaint Against Marjorie Taylor Greene

Lawyers for Hunter Biden have filed an ethics complaint against Republican representative Marjorie Taylor Greene, filed with the nonpartisan Independent Office of Congressional Ethics. And as you would expect, this ethics complaint, of course, is related to Marjorie Taylor Greene showing nude photographs of Hunter Biden during a house hearing last week. And in case for some reason you were not paying attention to the news last week and are not aware of what I'm talking about. On Wednesday of last week, Marjorie Taylor Green during a hearing on Hunter Biden's taxes, thought it would be a good idea to take photographs off of Hunter Biden's laptop photographs that, for the record, still seemed to have been illegally obtained. So there's that, but more importantly, she blew them up, poster size photographs showing naked Hunter Biden with naked woman. Her photograph, uh, her, her face, excuse me, was, was blurred out.

Uh, genitalia was in fact blurred out, but it was still very obvious that a sexual act was being performed on Hunter Biden. And Hunter Biden's face was definitely not blacked out. And the reason that I'm pointing out that his face was not blacked out is because that is absolutely based on the letter of the law, a violation of Washington DC's revenge laws. Um, it's revenge starts with a p, uh, rhymes with corn. But if you use that word, by the way, uh, YouTube will ding you. And I want as many people as possible to see this. Don't wanna limit the distribution of it, but anyway, that's the law that Marjorie Taylor Greene likely ran afoul of. Now, in their complaint to the Office of Congressional Ethics, the lawyers did not explicitly say that she violated Washington DC's law over, uh, revenge, showing these images, not blurring out all the faces, and again, possibly illegally obtained.

But they did point out one thing, which of course, was the fact that after Marjorie Taylor Greene did this in the hearing, she then went and sent out a video of herself showing the photographs. So once again, distributed this material to her entire mailing list, which it's been pointed out, does not actually have an age, uh, requirement to sign up for. So if there is a single minor that received that email, that would be a felony offense that Marjorie Taylor Greene committed by sending, uh, graphic explicit sexual material to people who are underage in this country. And yes, that is a federal law, and it would be a felony offense if prosecutors wanted to go after her for this. Uh, so I'm glad that they filed this ethics complaint against her. Did something wrong, they will then send a complaint to the House Ethics Committee, of course, run by Republicans. So nothing will happen. Like even if they determine that yes, she did do something wrong, the House Ethics Committee, what are they gonna do? They're gonna say, we're gonna admonish you, which means we're gonna issue a statement saying, bad Marjorie Taylor Greene. And that's it. This needs to be prosecuted. I know it would not be an easy case to prosecute, but based on the letter of the law, you do, 100% have a case here. Now, hunter Biden cannot bring the criminal charges against Marjorie Taylor Greene. Uh, to my knowledge, maybe he can, and maybe this is just the first step of that.
