BNC mental health and wellness expert Jane Marks joins "Start Your Day" with Sharon Reed and Mike Hill to talk about the issues the families of victims are going through and how to find hope through crisis. Marks says the families are likely in shock and notes that waiting for bad news is likely more stressful than receiving the bad news. Many people have traveled to Surfside, waiting to learn if their loved ones are alive under the collapsed building. So far, 11 people have died and 150 remain missing.
