Bell starts the conversation off by describing the impact music had on his childhood. He said playing different instruments helped him as artist. After he became famous it was his wife who developed the foundation in an effort to get music back in schools with children.
The goal of the golf tournament is to have celebrities come play golf and raise money to donate to inner city music and art programs. The foundation would like to provide instruments or supplies to these schools. The foundation is looking to help New Jersey first, but eventually would like to help out music and art programs across the country.
